An unusual exhibition where artificial intelligence has found an unexpected connection between the drawings of the Novgorod boy Onfim, who lived more than 750 years ago, and the works of Renaissance artists.
How do children’s doodles from the 13th century reflect great works of art? The exhibition offers a look at creativity through the eyes of a neural network — and to see parallels where they would be difficult to notice on their own.
Why now?:
The exhibition is timed to coincide with the III All-Russian NCFM and ITMF School on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, which takes place on the same days at the technopark. Symbolic neighborhood: the theme of AI is revealed not only in lectures and workshops, but also in an unexpected cultural project.
What awaits you:
🎨 Onfim’s works next to Renaissance masterpieces
The view of artificial intelligence on the history of art
The atmosphere of the Book room, created for thoughtful viewing
Come and look at familiar eras from a new angle — and make sure that art and technology are able to find a common language.
