Terms of Use

This is a translation of the Russian-language document provided for information purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

1. Terms and General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Agreement) govern the relationship between Акционерное общество «Технопарк «Саров» (hereinafter — the Administration) and the Internet user (hereinafter — the User) arising from the use of the website located at stage.tpsarov.ru (hereinafter — the Website).

The Website is a set of web pages located on the Internet, united by a single address stage.tpsarov.ru, together with the information materials and services included in it.

This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The User’s commencement of use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to the information materials and services of the Website, including viewing the posted materials, submitting inquiries and applications through feedback forms, registering for events, booking services and other functions of the Website.

Access to the Website is provided free of charge, unless otherwise expressly stated in respect of individual services.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User undertakes to: use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; provide accurate information when filling out forms; refrain from actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Website; not post or distribute through the Website any information the distribution of which is restricted or prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or information violating the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

The Administration has the right to: change the design, content and functionality of the Website at any time; restrict access to the Website in the event of the User’s violation of the Agreement; suspend the operation of the Website for maintenance and other work.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and all intellectual property and equivalent means of individualization posted on it (texts, graphic images, photographs, video materials, software, databases, trademarks, logos and other objects) are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration or third parties and are protected in accordance with Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The use of such objects without the written permission of the rights holder is not permitted, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Personal Data

The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and on the terms of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data published on the Website. By submitting data through the Website forms, the User confirms that they have read these documents.

6. Liability of the Parties and Limitation of Liability

The Website and its services are provided «as is». The Administration does not guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website and is not liable for the temporary unavailability of the Website or for losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of or inability to use the Website, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for actions performed using the Website.

The Administration is not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked to from the Website.

7. Amendment of the Agreement and Its Term

The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Amendments come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version. Continued use of the Website after amendments are made constitutes the User’s consent to such amendments.

The Agreement is valid for the entire period of the User’s use of the Website.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and the relations of the parties arising in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to resolution in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, at the location of the Administration, unless a different jurisdiction is established by the mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
