How to become a resident

Resident eligibility conditions

Residents of Technopark «Sarov» may be legal entities or individual entrepreneurs that have concluded with JSC «Technopark «Sarov» a lease agreement and/or a purchase agreement for the technopark's industrial and/or technological infrastructure facilities or parts thereof and/or a land plot located within the territory of the technopark, for the purpose of conducting industrial production of industrial goods, scientific and technical activities and/or innovation activities.

Applicants admitted to the selection for the resident status of Technopark «Sarov» must meet the following requirements:

1. The applicant is not undergoing liquidation or any procedure applied in an insolvency (bankruptcy) case, and has no arrears in taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation at the applicant's location.
2. The applicant has no debt to the budget system of the Russian Federation.
3. The applicant's investment project corresponds to the development goal of the Technopark and is aimed at developing a production facility (facilities) within the Technopark and at carrying out economic activity within the Technopark related to the production of goods (products, works, services) or innovation (technological, service) activity.
