CIPR-2026 Conference

The XI CIPR Conference will be held from May 18 to 21, 2026 in Nizhny Novgorod at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. The event will traditionally bring together representatives of government, business, scientific and startup communities. The key theme of CIPR-2026 is digital industry as the basis of Russia’s sovereignty.
The CIPR Conference has been a key platform for an open dialogue between digital technology market participants for over 10 years. In recent years, the focus of discussion has been on the rapid replacement of foreign solutions and the movement towards the goals of national technological development. Today, entering the second decade, the CIPR’s agenda is shifting from import substitution to digital sovereignty. A key role in this process is assigned to the development of Russian industrial IT solutions.
The business program of the event includes more than 100 sessions on the practical aspects of implementing technological solutions in production processes. The central event of the CIPR-2026 business program will be a plenary session dedicated to the digital independence of industry.
The exhibition of technological solutions will occupy three pavilions and will present both already implemented systems and promising solutions for industry and other sectors of the economy.
In addition, it is expected that delegations from the BRICS countries and other countries interested in developing joint technological initiatives and exchanging practices for implementing digital solutions will participate.
In addition to the business program, the CIPR 2026 Digital Award ceremony will be held, and the Tech Friendly Weekend city Technology Festival will be held from May 21 to 23.
The conference is organized by OMG Company. The event is supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
